Institutions and Awards Recognized by European-American University for Academic Credit

European-American University recognizes the non-degree programs of a number of institutions worldwide for academic credit at various levels. If you already hold an award from one of these institutions and wish to progress to earn a degree, you will usually need to complete an extended essay in your field to qualify. The word-length of the extended essay will be as advised by the University following assessment of the level and standing of your award, as will the program fees.

This is a partial list of the bodies whose awards are recognized by European-American University for the award of academic credit, concentrating on those bodies that permit external candidature for their awards. If you hold an award from an institution not on this list, please contact us to establish its credit standing.

The Oxford Centre for Leadership Asia-Pacific (OXCEL Asia)

OXCEL Asia is an International Partner of EAU. The Oxford Centre for Leadership was established to provide opportunities for members to develop and enhance their leadership skills. Through assessments, leadership coaching, experiential opportunities, simulations and presentations by business leaders, members build confidence, enhance their leadership skills, and gain real-life experiences to apply responsible leadership in all aspects of their lives.

The agreement between OXCEL Asia and EAU allows OXCEL Asia diplomates to become candidates for degree awards in business at EAU.

The HighGrade Professional Education Centre, Lagos, Nigeria

The HighGrade Professional Education Centre in Lagos, Nigeria, is an International Partner of EAU. Established in 1988, it is a multi-disciplinary center training students for careers in commerce and industry. In 2006, the Centre received the award for best academic leadership from the Christian Democratic Journalist Organisation.

The agreement between the Centre and EAU allows students of the Centre to study on programs leading to degree and diploma awards validated by EAU.

Romantic Discoveries Recordings

RDR operates as a research center in association with EAU. Since its inception, RDR has researched unknown piano music of the nineteenth-century and brought it to the public by means of a series of première CD recordings that now encompasses over one hundred works. Libertarian Library Online Project

LLOP aims to gather together online resources exploring different aspects of libertarian philosophy in a convenient single-source location. Visit LLOP here.

Society for Humanistic Potential

The University was founded and is directed by the Society for Humanistic Potential (SHP), a religious society of the Liberal Catholic Apostolic Church whose philosophy honors lifelong learning as a key aspect of the holistic development of the individual. Henselt Library - rare scores of piano music from the nineteenth-century
