President of the Board of Directors
Mr Alex James succeeded Joan Jacques as the second President of the Board of Directors of EAU in 2008, having wide professional experience and expertise in Dominican corporate affairs. The Registered Office of EAU is administered through Mr James and his staff in the Commonwealth of Dominica. He has additional authority as President of the Board of Directors to appoint EAU's University Officers.
