European-American University offers the following online learning resources in the hope that they will be helpful. We do not claim endorsement by any site listed.
Resources for the Independent Researcher
If you undertake research through the European-American University program, chances are you will be highly self-directed and independent in your approach. This is a strongly positive attribute of studying via distance learning that will stand you in excellent stead in terms of self-development.
Today, the phenomenon of the scholar working independently is becoming increasingly accepted and valued as part of the wider academic community. We strongly recommend our students become members of the National Coalition of Independent Scholars or a similar body in their own country, which can assist in ensuring that their research enters the academic mainstream where such an outcome is considered desirable. Here are some more external resources for the independent scholar that may be found helpful.
