Quality
Policy
This is an extract from the European-American University Quality Manual.
European-American University aspires to continuous improvement in each aspect of its services to clients, including but not limited to its study programs. This aspiration is the outcome of a holistic commitment by both management and staff.
The aims of European-American University can be represented by the following Objectives:
- To maintain and follow a formal Quality Management System (QMS). To ensure that the QMS is compliant with reasonable expectations of quality assurance;
- Through appropriate training, to develop and enhance the competencies of European-American University staff, recognising their vital importance to our organisation;
- To review the QMS and related issues on a regular basis.
European-American University's overall mission in the area of quality is to enhance the experience of our students and their satisfaction. To do this, we will continually review our operation in the light of current thinking on best practice and effective management. We will measure these improvements through increases in student numbers, the addition of further programs, and the review of our QMS.
The Quality Policy of European-American University forms an integral element of the induction of new staff. It is reviewed from time to time to ensure that it remains relevant and up-to-date.
