Dr Stanley Ugochukwu Simon has been Senior Finance Officer for Voice of Nigeria, the national broadcaster, since 2006. He earned both his BBA and PhD (in International Business and Finance) from EAU, and additionally holds an MBA in Financial Management from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho, a Masters of Technology in Communication Technology from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Engineering from the same institution.

He is an Associate Chartered Management Accountant of the Institute of Chartered Management Accountants, an Associate Chartered Public Administrator of the Chartered Institute of Local Government and Public Administration of Nigeria, and a Member of the British Society of Commerce (Nigeria).
