European-American University has subsidiaries and affiliated legal entities around the world. You understand that, notwithstanding this, all degrees, diplomas, certificates and other academic awards are conferred by European-American University only and not by any subsidiary.

If you pay by credit card, you authorize European-American University, Ltd., or a designated third party to either electronically debit or draft your bank account for the amount quoted to you when you placed your order.

European-American University, Ltd.,reserves the right to modify this document at any time without notice to you.

Warranties, liability, indemnification
European-American University, Ltd., provides all services "as is," with no warranties whatsoever. All express warranties and all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of proprietary rights are hereby disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

European-American University, Ltd., reserves the right to immediately withdraw and revoke academic awards and academic standing from students, enrollees or graduates who are found to have committed any form of misrepresentation of their status, including the integrity of academic work and prior learning and experience.

Users of this website

European-American University is not a United States university and does not operate in any territory of the United States of America. It is not accredited or licensed by any agency recognised by the federal or state governments of the United States of America. In the United States of America, many federal, state and private organisations require US-accredited degrees. In these situations it is the responsibility of the individual concerned to establish whether or not a foreign degree will be an acceptable alternative. European-American University makes no representations concerning the acceptance of its degrees in the United States of America.

Dispute resolution
The governing law of any contract involving this website and/or European-American University, Ltd., is the law of the Commonwealth of Dominica.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with such a contract, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the London Court of International Arbitration Rules, which Rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause.

The number of arbitrators shall be one.
The seat, or legal place, of arbitration shall be London, UK.
The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English.
The governing law of the contract shall be the substantive law of the Commonwealth of Dominica.

In the event that any portion of these terms and conditions is deemed by competent authority to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
